Barrier Red Mite Powder, 500g
You can use red mite powder as a deterrent to mites, lice and fleas. It can also be used as a treatment for an existing infestation. The powder remains active for up to six weeks.

How To Use
Always read the label and product information before use.
- Because red mites are active at night the best time to dust your chickens is just before you shut the coop in the evening.
- Dust each bird thoroughly including under the wings, but be careful to avoid the eyes as this will cause discomfort.
- The powder can be safely added to any dust baths
- Repeat the application as necessary until you have control of the infestation.
Can this red mite treatment be used on an organic flock?
Barrier red mite powder only uses natural ingredients. Because the active ingredient is a synergised tropical plant extract mixed with a blend of herbal and essential oils it is acceptable to use on organic poultry.
